“The Masked Singer” swiftly found a replacement for panelist Nicole Scherzinger, who was occupied with her role in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sunset Boulevard on London’s West End. Rita Ora, a singer/songwriter and seasoned panelist on “The Masked Singer UK,” seamlessly stepped into Scherzinger’s seat alongside Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, and Robin Thicke, as she made the journey across the pond.
American audiences will witness Ora’s debut behind the panelists’ table as “The Masked Singer” returns on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox. The show commences with Ora performing The Who’s “Who Are You?” — one of the iconic “Masked Singer” themes.
