Sami Sheen is considering further cosmetic enhancements for her breasts. The daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, who works as an OnlyFans model, underwent breast implant surgery in November.
However, in a recent TikTok video, Sami Sheen expressed a desire for “bigger” breasts. In the video, Sami wore a bralette and lip-synced to the lyrics “All that work and what did it get me?” while her eye twitched. The text overlay on the video reads, “Spending almost 10k on a new rack just to wanna go bigger.”
“Someone talk me out of it,” she captioned the post.
Sami received mixed feedback from her followers regarding whether she should opt for larger implants. While some encouraged her to proceed, others reassured her that she looked great as she is. One individual cautioned that going bigger might lead to potential back pain.
Upon initially acquiring her implants at 19, Sami extensively chronicled the journey on social platforms. She shared numerous images, including one post-surgery featuring her in a hospital gown and a blue cap. Additionally, she uploaded a picture of herself resting in bed following her hospital discharge. Prior to the procedure, Sami asserted in an interview that undergoing breast augmentation would be life-changing for her.
“I have been vaping for five years now. I’ve been addicted to nicotine for five f—ing years,” she confessed on her TikTok “… I tried quitting multiple times. It’s really f—ing hard.”
“I’m getting a boob job in two months and I have to be nicotine-free for a month before,” she added. “I’m already getting anxiety, OK? I have not gone a single day in the past five years without this motherf—er. I think me getting my boobs done is honestly going to save my life, because it’s forcing me to quit this.

Sami, who became an OnlyFans member in 2022 and amassed a substantial fan base, has consistently labeled herself as a “sex worker.” In June, amid criticism regarding the terminology, she clarified her stance, stating, “I don’t meet individuals in person. I don’t record myself engaging in sexual activities. I refrain from such activities, but I hold no judgment towards those who do.”
She explained that she personally isn’t comfortable doing those sorts of things, but added, “if people did their f—ing research, they would realize that there are multiple forms of [sex] work.”
Initially, her well-known father expressed dissatisfaction with Sami’s chosen career path, informing Fox News Digital, “She is 18 years old now and resides with her mother. This decision was not made under my roof. While I do not endorse this, since I cannot stop it, I encouraged her to maintain class, and creativity, and preserve her integrity.”
