Nicole Kidman‘s daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, just reached a huge milestone: her high school prom. Unsurprisingly, her look for the special event delivered peak Hollywood glamour.
The 17-year-old model shared a behind-the-scenes photo of the look on Instagram. Simply captioned, “prom <3,” the photo featured Sunday modeling the look while sitting outside on a flight of steps with her elegant princess gown splayed out around her.
The strapless silver dress featured a textured metallic bodice with a leaf motif and a drop waist, along with a voluminous layered tulle skirt. Sunday wore her dark hair styled over one shoulder.
Kidman shares Sunday, and her 15-year-old younger sister, Faith, with ex-husband Keith Urban. Sunday is set to graduate from high school next year—but she’s already balancing a busy modeling career with her schoolwork.
“I always wanted to model, but my mom told me I couldn’t do it until I was 16,” she told W Magazine last year. She made her modeling debut by opening Miu Miu’s spring 2025 runway show. “I just wanted to do it again when I got off the runway!” she recalled. She went on to walk the runway for Dior this January during New York Fashion Week, her mom looking on from the audience.
In addition to modeling, Sunday plans on heading to NYU to study psychology and one day, hopes to become a director.

Sunday picked up the modeling bug from her mom. Speaking to Elle Australia, she said, “I definitely gained a lot of interest from those experiences and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age. My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She’s a key part of everything I do.”
