Taylor Swift completely took over the Dolby Theater at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards! The 36-year-old superstar had an unforgettable night, sweeping the biggest categories and making her very first award show appearance alongside her fiancé, Travis Kelce.

From her stunning red carpet look to her heartfelt acceptance speeches, here is everything you missed from Swift’s massive night.

“Happy, Strong, and Confident”

Swift looked absolutely breathtaking in a mint green corset ensemble adorned with heavy sequin embellishments. She and Kelce made quite the entrance, walking into the arena hand-in-hand just one minute before showtime.

When she took the stage to accept the award for Pop Album of the Year for The Life of a Showgirl, she gave a beautiful shoutout to her dedicated fanbase.

“‘The Life of a Showgirl’ was really inspired by the energy I felt looking into crowds and seeing you guys and connecting with you every single night,” Swift told the cheering audience. “The energy came out was feeling really happy and strong and confident.”

Sweeping the Biggest Categories

It was a highly successful night for the singer-songwriter. She walked away with a massive haul of trophies, dominating both the pop and general categories.

Swift’s 2026 iHeartRadio Wins Include:

  • Artist of the Year
  • Pop Artist of the Year
  • Album of the Year
  • Pop Album of the Year (The Life of a Showgirl)
  • Song of the Year
  • Pop Song of the Year
  • Best Lyrics (Fan-voted)
  • Best Music Video (Fan-voted)
  • Favorite Tour Style (Fan-voted for The Eras Tour)

While she took home almost every award she was nominated for, she narrowly missed out on Favorite TikTok Dance for “The Fate of Ophelia” and Favorite On Screen for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era.

A Supportive Date Night

The couple’s supportive dynamic was on full display all night. Show host Ludacris even gave the duo a hilarious opening shoutout, joking that he wanted to be invited back to host for a third year and needed Swift to put in a good word for him.

During commercial breaks, Swift was seen sharing hugs with fellow artists Lainey Wilson, Sombr, and Ella Langley. She and Kelce were also the very first people to jump out of their seats to give a standing ovation to Alex Warren after his performance of “Ordinary” and “Fever Dream.”

A Legacy of iHeartRadio Moments

Swift is no stranger to making history at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. In 2015, she famously played guitar alongside Madonna. In 2023, she took home the prestigious Innovator Award (which went to Miley Cyrus this year). Even when she could not attend in person—like during the height of The Eras Tour in 2024 and 2025—she always made sure to deliver memorable pre-recorded speeches and exclusive performances for the fans.
