The 46-year-old actor and former political candidate appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today. He’s accused of reposting the explicit image on his X account (formerly Twitter) in April 2024.

The photo, which dates back to 2009, reportedly showed Narinder exiting a taxi. Crucially, it was taken without her knowledge or consent.

Fox arrived at court wearing a cap that read “Two tier Britain.” He denied two charges filed under section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

The Charges:

According to prosecutors, the first charge states that on April 30, 2024, Fox deliberately shared a photo portraying Narinder in an intimate state. Authorities claim he did so with the intent to cause her alarm, humiliation, or distress.
The second charge alleges that Fox intentionally sent an image of her genitals for sexual gratification, showing recklessness toward whether she would be affected emotionally.

Since Fox requested a Crown Court trial, he will appear at Woolwich Crown Court on May 23. If convicted, he faces a prison sentence of up to two years and could be added to the Sex Offenders Register.

Narinder Speaks Out

Narinder reported the image after it surfaced online. Her complaint sparked an 11-month investigation by the Metropolitan Police.
She said the experience left her feeling “violated, humiliated and degraded.”

A Controversial Figure

Fox was once best known for his role in detective drama Lewis. Since 2019, however, he’s made headlines more for his controversial political and social views.
In 2023, GB News fired him after he made sexist remarks on-air about a female journalist.
He also ran for London Mayor in 2021 under the Reclaim Party, but secured only 47,000 votes and lost his £10,000 deposit.

Fox was married to actress and singer Billie Piper from 2007 to 2016. They share two sons, now aged 11 and 15.
