Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new legal challenges as a superseding indictment filed in the Southern District of New York expands on previous allegations of forced labor and misconduct. The indictment, obtained by multiple reputable outlets, including People, Variety, and The Hollywood Reporter, details claims that Combs his associates maintained control over employees through physical force, psychological manipulation, financial threats, and reputational harm.
One of the most serious allegations states that Combs coerced an employee into engaging in sex acts. Prosecutors also claim that Combs forced employees to work excessively long hours with minimal rest and instilled fear of severe consequences—including job loss—if they failed to comply with his demands.
Combs’ legal team has denied all allegations. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, released a statement asserting that Combs “vehemently denies the accusations” and looks forward to proving his innocence in court.
Combs is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on multiple charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and conspiracy. His arraignment on the revised indictment is scheduled for March 14, and his trial is set to begin on May 5.
