The manager expressed relief that the injury was limited to Govinda’s leg and did not cause any more serious damage. “By God’s grace, Govinda ji only sustained a leg injury. It could have been much worse, but thankfully, it wasn’t serious,” he said.

The Mumbai Police have confirmed that Govinda has not filed any formal complaint regarding the incident. Since the revolver is licensed, and the incident was an accident, no further legal action seems to be necessary at this time.
