Rapper Fat Joe is facing a $20 million lawsuit filed by his longtime hypeman, Terrance “T.A.” Dixon. The allegations include sexual abuse, exploitation, financial fraud, and psychological manipulation.

Filed in the Southern District of New York, the lawsuit accuses the rapper—real name Joseph Antonio Cartagena—of using intimidation, surveillance, and violence to control Dixon for over 16 years.

Shocking Allegations Involving Minors

Dixon claims he witnessed Fat Joe having sex with three underage girls. One of them, a 16-year-old Dominican girl in New York, allegedly exchanged sexual acts for money, clothes, and phone bills. Another girl, just 15 and not a U.S. citizen, was allegedly flown to Miami and New York. Fat Joe reportedly paid for her cosmetic surgery. Dixon says the third minor, a Latina girl, met the rapper at 15. Fat Joe supposedly housed her near his family home and paid all her bills.

In a recorded conversation, the girl and her 15-year-old cousin described how inappropriate they felt the rapper’s attention was.

Dixon Says He Was Coerced Into 4,000 Sex Acts

Dixon says Fat Joe forced him into more than 4,000 sex acts. These acts allegedly happened under surveillance or threats—especially during overseas tours. He says he was constantly humiliated, filmed, or directed by the rapper during these incidents. The abuse reportedly took place in Miami, North Carolina, Germany, Spain, and Wisconsin.

Criminal Enterprise Allegations and More Defendants

The suit also names Pete “Pistol Pete” Torres and Richard “Rich Player” Jospitre, described as key figures in Fat Joe’s “criminal enterprise.” Dixon’s legal team cites the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and the Trafficking Victims Protection Act.
