Finally, the wait is over! The full shooting of director Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming film, known for now as #Mega157, has kicked off in Hyderabad. The film stars the megastar Chiranjeevi and the gorgeous Nayanthara in lead roles.
Anil Ravipudi has been super excited to work with Chiranjeevi, and looks like the Telugu superstar was just as eager to start this project with him. The team started shooting some important scenes on Friday, including crucial dialogues.
Fans are in for a treat because Chiranjeevi is returning to comedy with this one — something many have been waiting to see for a long time. The film promises a perfect mix of comedy, emotions, and high-energy action. Anil Ravipudi himself has written the screenplay and has crafted a new, fresh, and fun avatar for Chiranjeevi, who plays a character named Shankar Varaprasad.
Produced by Sahu Garapati’s Shine Screens and Nayanthara’s production house Gold Box Entertainments, this film is a big-budget affair. Archana is presenting the movie.
Sameer Reddy is the cinematographer, Bheems Ceciroleo is composing the music, and editing is by Tammiraju. Writers S Krishna and G Adi Narayana worked on the script, with S Krishna also acting as executive producer. Production design is by AS Prakash.
The makers are aiming to release Mega157 during Sankranthi next year. So get ready for some big laughs and action with Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara!
