Harriet Sperling has that newlywed glow after marrying Peter Phillips.
The National Health Service nurse, 45, married Princess Anne’s son in an intimate celebration at their local church on June 6, and photographer Mark Nicholson posted new portraits of the royal bride to Instagram.
Harriet was a storybook bride in the two striking shots, which captured her standing in her Emilia Wickstead lace dress with a flowing veil on her special day.
The bride wore her veil over her face and the Pragnell Tiara in the first solo shot snapped in a verdant setting, where she looked over her shoulder as her train flowed behind her.

Harriet posed before a vine-covered wall in the second snap, where she wore her veil away from her face. She looked forward in that portrait, embracing a moment of calm on the big day.
The bride held her bouquet by Millie Richardson in both images, and the arrangement featured sweet peas, myrtle and lily of the valley. The myrtle continued a tradition within both Harriet’s family and the royal family, symbolizing love, beauty and peace.
The glowing portraits closed a carousel of wedding pictures Nicholson posted on June 9 following the celebration that Saturday, and he shed light on what the vibe was like behind the scenes.

“I was hugely honored and delighted to be asked to photograph the wedding of Peter and Harriet Phillips this weekend in the Cotswolds,” the photographer said of the royal family event.
He also shouted out event curator Peregrine Armstrong-Jones and colleagues, who “conducted the whole day to perfection” and congratulated the newlyweds “on what was a very special day.”
Entrepreneur Peter, 48, is the oldest of Queen Elizabeth‘s eight grandchildren and became the first to remarry when he wed Harriet last weekend. The couple tied the knot at All Saints Church in the village of Kemble in a celebration attended by Princess Anne, King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton, plus more members of their families.

Peter and Harriet are both parents to daughters from previous marriages, who served as bridesmaids in a sweet trio. Peter’s teen daughters, Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14, and Harriet’s daughter, Georgina, 13, all matched in white Emilia Wickstead dresses with flower crowns, and helped carry Harriet’s train at the wedding.
The couple announced their engagement in August 2025 and were first romantically linked in May 2024.
Taking on a new title of her own, the BBC reported that Harriet will now be known as Mrs. Phillips.
